Trade Data Hub: see where your products really sell — and act on it.
You know what you ship — not which stores actually receive and sell it.
Trade Data Hub is a route-to-market data platform for FMCG. We connect your partners’ systems so you see the full path to every outlet — in your own product and customer codes.
What is Trade Data Hub?
Trade Data Hub is a route-to-market data platform for FMCG manufacturers. You sell through distributors, chains and other partners — but past that point, you can’t see which stores actually receive and sell your products. Trade Data Hub connects those partners’ systems and pulls the data back together, so you see your products all the way to each store — and everyone from sales to finance works from the same real figures, not their own estimates.
Every partner you sell through — in one place
From every distributor, wholesaler, chain and online partner your products pass through, we pull what each outlet actually buys and receives — your distributor sell-out — and what each partner holds in stock. Where a partner shares its checkout data, you also see what sells to shoppers.
We add your own sales too, so you see the full path: from your warehouse to each outlet.
Wherever the gap is, we connect it
Your products travel one or more of these routes to market:
Their systems. Your codes.
No matter how many partners you work with, or what systems they run, the data comes back in your own product and customer codes — the way you name and number products and stores, not each partner’s version. We map each partner’s records to yours, clean them, remove duplicates and fill in what’s missing — like store locations and market data. What reaches you is one consistent view, ready to use, not dozens of formats your team has to reconcile first.
Decisions that ran on guesswork — now running on facts
Trade Data Hub comes with a standard set of distribution analytics in One View, the analytics layer of Asseco Platform. Once the data’s connected, you can see and act on:
See where you really sell
Which outlets stock and reorder your products across every route to market — including the ones you reach only indirectly, through distributors and wholesalers.
Stop stock-outs before they cost you
See how many days of cover each distributor holds and what to reorder — so a promotion never runs dry.
Close distribution gaps
Find distributors that don’t carry your strong products — and whose customers are buying them from someone else.
Keep the customers you have
See who keeps reordering, who’s slipping away, and who you’ve won back.
Track targets against real sell-through
Measure how reps and distributors perform on confirmed sell-out, not shipments.
Which outlets stock and reorder your products — and where the white space is.

This is the foundation — clean, connected data with distribution analytics built in. Other Asseco Platform products turn it into planning, settlement and shelf execution.
One dataset, every team
One clean picture of the market — and every team works from it:
Three inputs, one process, one clean output
Your own product and customer records are the reference. Onto them we add your shipments and direct deliveries, and your partners’ stock and sell-out. We integrate, clean, deduplicate, enrich and structure it — and it comes back as one whole-market view, in your own codes — one clean dataset every team can work from, in whatever tools they already use.
Any format, any system
Partners send EDI, CSV, XML or flat files over SFTP, API or direct database. Nothing changes on their side.
Cleaned at scale
Around 30 million raw records resolved into 4 million clean records, at 85–99.8% automation, with AI matching products by brand, flavour, size and pack across languages.
Bundles broken down to real SKU
Multipacks, mixed cases, display stands and “brand X” totals split into actual products, so sales never disappear inside a bundle.
Gaps flagged early
Where what you invoiced doesn’t line up with what a partner reports selling on to stores, it surfaces as it happens, not a month later at close.

What it is & how it differs
What is Trade Data Hub?
A route-to-market data platform for FMCG manufacturers. It connects the systems of the distributors, chains, foodservice and online partners you sell through, so you can see what each outlet actually receives and sells — past your own invoice, all the way to the store.
What’s the difference between primary sales and secondary sales?
Primary sales are what you ship and invoice — your sell-in to distributors and direct customers. Secondary sales are what those partners then sell on to each outlet — your distributor sell-out. Most manufacturers can see their primary sales but lose the trail on secondary sales past their own invoice. Trade Data Hub gives you that secondary sales visibility, outlet by outlet, in your own product and customer codes.
How is this different from retail panel data like Nielsen or Circana?
Retail panels like Nielsen or Circana estimate what sells at the shelf, across the whole market. Trade Data Hub gives you your own distributor sell-out data — your actual products moving through your actual partners, with what each specific outlet orders, receives and reorders. It’s your secondary sales, down to the store. It works alongside panel data, not instead of it.
Coverage & data
Will I get the same depth from every partner?
No, and we’re upfront about it. Everywhere, you see what each outlet orders and receives. Where a partner shares its checkout data, you also see what sells to shoppers. How far the view reaches depends on what each partner can share — we tell you what’s possible on your routes before we start.
What formats and connections do you support?
EDI, CSV, XML, flat files and APIs, over SFTP, API, HTTP/S or direct database connections. Each partner sends what they already have — we map it to your own codes.
Security & ownership
Is my data kept separate from other manufacturers?
Yes. Each deployment runs in its own dedicated environment — one producer’s partner data is never accessible to another.
Do I own the data, and do I have to change how we work?
The data is yours. It reaches every team that needs it — sales, trade marketing, key accounts, finance — each in a form they can use, and it fits the tools you already have. You don’t have to replace anything.
Getting started
