Asseco Platform conference in the clouds!

The Asseco Platform 2024 Conference is over! On October 16, 2024, the 42nd floor of the LookUp Skyliner in Warsaw became a place of real business inspiration.

This year’s conference was dedicated to Revenue Growth Management strategy and execution, Digitization of Business Processes, Joint Business Planning, Digital Shelf Recognition, and GenAI-driven business assistants. What a variety of interesting areas!

How to win the race – conference opening!

Paweł Mich, our Director of Sales and Implementation for the FMCG industry, started the conference. Paweł introduced us to the challenges of the FMCG industry and the possibilities we have to overcome them.

Revenue Growth Management

After a great opening, we had the pleasure of hearing our first guest, Adam Wacowski, Revenue Growth Management expert, ex. Nestle, Matro Group, Henkel, as he demonstrated the importance of planning and executing a Revenue Growth Management strategy for a company.

The Revenue Growth Management session concluded with a presentation from Barłomiej Makaruk, our Product Manager for the Advanced Analytical Solution, One View. Bartłomiej emphasized the importance of having a robust analytical layer for an effective RGM strategy and shared several practical use cases for pricing optimization.

Digitalization of Processes and Next Best Actions – why is this so important?

The next session, focusing on digitalizing business processes, began just after the lunch break. Piotr Łapiński, our Product Manager for the Digital Shelf Recognition solution, opened it. Piotr walked us through the new possibilities of our Image Recognition solution and how it transforms the process of shelf analysis from manual to fully automated. He also explained how our AI assistant „Genius” supports sales representatives by providing Next Best Actions to help them hit those targets and grow the business.

Next, we had the pleasure of welcoming our second guest, Justyna Gołoś, the Head of Sales Excellence at Kraft Heinz Company. She presented how the digitalization process was executed within Kraft Heinz and how a partnership with a company like ours and solutions from the Asseco Platform supported that process. What an incredible journey it has been, and exciting plans are ahead for us in the near future!

The session concluded with a presentation of our new GenAI-driven business assistant. Łukasz Potrzyszcz, our Deputy Director of Sales and Implementation for the FMCG industry, demonstrated how our Genius AI assistant supports the daily activities of sales representatives.

Joint Business Planning – how contract management supports building stronger relations

The last session focused on Joint Business Planning. In the first part, Tomasz Kajdzik, our Deputy Director of Sales and Implementation for the FMCG industry, introduced us to contract management, which is crucial in building healthy relationships between business partners.

During this session, we also enjoyed hearing Paweł Klimas, Sales Support Manager at Pernod Ricard, discuss how his organization leveraged contract management from Asseco Platform solutions to enhance and improve contract settlement.

Tomasz Puławski, our Product Manager for Data Sharing solutions, concluded the Joint Business Planning panel. Tomasz provided a detailed example of how the contract settlement process can be designed and implemented within an organization, highlighting the benefits it can generate.
