General Provisions
When processing your personal data, we always act in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as „GDPR”.
We make every effort to ensure that your personal data is properly secured based on the latest technologies. We train our employees and increase their awareness in the area of security and personal data protection.
We also care about acting openly and transparently. Therefore, we have prepared this Policy for you, in which you will find the most important information about our processing of personal data and cookies.

Purpose of Collecting Personal Data and Its Scope
Your personal data will be processed by us for the purpose and needs of concluding or performing an agreement with Asseco BS, in particular for the purpose of:
– concluding, amending or performing an agreement concluded with you (including making declarations of will resulting from this agreement),
– fulfilling legal obligations related to settling tax liabilities, including keeping and storing accounting books and documents related to keeping accounting books and storing accounting evidence,
– conducting, in justified cases, your verification as the other party to the agreement with the so-called White List of VAT Taxpayers maintained by the Head of the National Revenue Administration, as well as other publicly available databases (CEiDG, REGON, etc.), as well as
– handling complaints and defending against potential claims or pursuing potential claims related to the agreement concluded by Asseco BS with its counterparty (of which you are a representative/representative).
Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
The legal basis for processing your personal data is:
– Art. 6.1.b GDPR, i.e., performance of a contract to which you are a party or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract,
– Art. 6.1.c GDPR, i.e., compliance with a legal obligation to which Asseco BS is subject, as indicated in paragraph 4 (indent 2),
– Art. 6.1.f GDPR, i.e., legitimate interest of Asseco BS, as indicated in paragraph 4 (indents 3 and 4).
Retention of Personal Data Processing
Your personal data will be processed for the period of performing the agreement concluded with Asseco BS, as well as for the period of limitation of claims arising from the aforementioned agreement. Your personal data contained in tax or accounting documentation will be stored until the expiry of data storage obligations resulting from legal provisions (tax and accounting regulations).
Transfer of Data to Third Parties and Place of Processing
We transfer personal data to other entities only when the regulations allow us to do so. In such a case, we provide for security provisions and mechanisms to protect the data and maintain our standards regarding data protection, confidentiality, and security.
Your personal data will be stored on servers located in the European Union and may be transferred on the basis of standard data protection clauses – to a third country in connection with the administrator’s use of cloud solutions provided by external companies. External organizations that provide services to us (e.g., business application providers) are verified before we establish cooperation with them in terms of the appropriate level of personal data protection.
Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
Automated Decision-Making
Under no circumstances will the Administrator use your personal data for automated decision-making that affects your legal situation. However, the provided personal data may be processed to tailor the marketing content, offers or information we send to your interests and business or professional activities. If you use our profiles, pages, channels on social media, your personal data may be profiled in accordance with the assumptions resulting from the regulations of social media operators.
Rights of Individuals in Connection with the Processing of Personal Data
Every person has the right to:
- access their personal data,
- rectify personal data,
- erase personal data,
- restrict the processing of personal data,
- data portability, including the right to receive data and send it to another controller or to request, if technically possible, that this data be sent directly to another controller, to the extent that data is processed on the basis of an agreement,
- the right to object to the processing of personal data, to the extent that data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the field of personal data protection, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Cookies are small text files installed on the User’s device. Cookies collect information that facilitates the use of the website – e.g., by remembering the User’s visits to the Service and the activities performed by them.
